Market Analysis: Our leasing process starts with a market analysis to best learn how to position your property.
Advertising: We then market and advertise your property on craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, NNEREN MLS ,and the Arthur Thomas Properties websites. Ads are rich with pleasing and enticing graphics and photos.
Showings: Perspective tenants can use our interactive website or simply call to schedule showings. All showings are by our professional licensed Real Estate Brokers.
Applicants: Interested candidates will complete an application for our review. Our review includes reference checks, a credit report and a background check. If the applicant meets our predetermined qualifications we submit to you for final approval.
Lease: We prepare the lease and coordinate all signatures. We also collect security deposit and initial rents.
Move in: We meet with your new tenant to give them keys and to review any property specifics like parking and trash removal and answer any questions they might have.
Follow up: One week after move in we connect with your tenant to make sure they are having a good experience and send you any feedback.
Consulting
Evictions: We are not attorneys however we can guide you through the eviction process. Including eviction notice serving.
