Thomas A. Toye, IV : Owner and Principle Broker (Licensed Broker in NH, ME)
Toye founded the business in 2004 as a means to manage a growing portfolio of multi-family and commercial investment property. An alumn of Scarborough High School in Maine and an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, Tom also excelled as a track and field athlete posting record performances- highlighted by winning the collegiate Division I, indoor track, New England Championship in the 200 meter sprint.
Following graduation from college, Tom began a career as an engineer. While working full-time he also began investing in the Seacoast New Hampshire real estate market. After several years of unfulfilling work as an engineer, Tom decided to commit to real estate full time, realizing this would be his path of fulfillment for the future.
Toye currently serves as President of the Rental Property Owners Association where he is an advocate for landlords and property owners throughout New Hampshire. He has presented to more than 1500 landlords and real estate investors on topics including property management, tenant screening, student rentals, evictions & lead-paint disclosure. A former board of directors member for the New Hampshire Property Owners Association... He owns and manages a portfolio of investment property including multi-family residences, single family homes, mobile home parks, retail commercial property, and a motel. A resident of Durham, NH, Tom is also a proud father of three children...
Penny is a New Hampshire native with the experience of having lived in a major east coast city for period of time.. A former master chef, she brings 25 years of real estate investment and property management experience to the Arthur Thomas Team. Penny currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Rental Property Owners Association... Boucher and her husband are residents of Lee, NH

In addition to her responsibilities to the ATP team, Nicole is an accomplished road racer having most recently been awarded first place honors for the Seacoast Racing Series...
